Charles K. Patterson II
CEO/Owner
Chuck started in the Heating and Air business a few years before he decided to open up his own company in 1999. He is a hard worker and is dedicated to making sure the customer is completely satisfied. He has been determined to build the company over the years and has now over 300 maintenance contracts, several restoration companies, and several builders that we are proud to call our customers. Since this is a family owned business, he feels that the customers of Patterson Heating and Air are a part of his family.
Tim Batchelor
Service Manager
Tim started with Patterson Heating and Air in 2001, a few years after Chuck started the business. He has been a great asset to the company. We know that when we send Tim on a job that the work is handled professionally and done to the best of his abilities. Tim has many customers that request him, and this makes us proud to have him as a great and dedicated employee.
Roger Frazier
Certified Installer
Roger has over 50 years experience in the Heating and Air Conditioning business. He came to Patterson Heating and Air in 2008. He does a great job installing all of our customer’s new systems, replacement system, and duct install or repair. We know that when we send Roger to a job site that he makes sure that the job is done right. We are proud to have him as an employee.
Michelle Dunning
Office Manager
Michelle has been a valued member of the Patterson team since 2013. She plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running. Whether it’s coordinating the daily schedule or supporting customers, Michelle helps ensure everything behind the scenes comes together.
Michelle has been happily married for 28 years and is the proud mother of three grown children. She truly enjoys connecting with customers each day and takes pride in making sure their needs are heard, understood, and met.
Dedicated to creating a great experience from start to finish, Michelle works hard to ensure every customer feels taken care of—not only through her support, but through the quality service delivered by the entire Patterson team. She truly enjoys being part of the Patterson family and strives to make every interaction positive and welcoming.
Drew Griffin Jr.
Installer
Drew has been working with his Grandfather Roger Frazier for many years here at Patterson, but as of 2023 he has become a full time employee for Patterson. He graduated in 2020 from Eastside High School in Newton County. He enjoys gaming, woodworking, and spending time with family during his time off. He is a great addition to our team.
Trey Patterson
Technician
Trey has worked for our company part time for many years while he attended college. He graduated from Birmingham Southern in 2022 with a degree in Business Marketing. After graduation he started with us full time to learn the in’s and outs of the business. Trey is a knowledgeable technician and has become a favorite with our customers.
