Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning Inc is a family based company that was started in 1999. We work hard to provide our customers with the quality work they deserve at a fair and honest price. We install, maintain, and service HVAC systems in the metro Atlanta area including DeKalb, Fulton, Rockdale, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Henry, Walton, Putnam, Clarke and Greene Counties. Our company has performed work on residential, commercial, restoration, and new construction homes and businesses. We have created a reputation of being “Family Oriented”, “Trustworthy”, and “Dedicated” to our customers.

We offer a variety of HVAC brands such as Rheem, Carrier, Amana/Goodman, Lennox, RUUD, Tempstar, Trane, and Heil. Our cooling and heating services are: Central Air units, Heat Pumps, furnaces, Air purification systems, Fan motors, System replacements, Duct work, Duct Cleaning, Bi-Annual Maintenance Agreements, HVAC equipment repairs, and 24 Hour Emergency Service.
